Dr. Resnick is a successful entrepreneur and holds numerous U.S. and Foreign Patents related to his discoveries. Dr. Resnick's own 'Vision for the Future of Space Exploration' is that someday, at some time in the future, Mankind will leave the earth and colonize both the Inner and Outer Planets. One can only speculate as to when that will occur ... but someday ... it will happen. And, because of the present state of the Space Law, Dr. Resnick believes that the inhabitants of Earth are entitled to profit and benefit, directly, from such space exploration.

Because Dr. Resnick is a Chemist and has a direct appreciation for the value of Minerals and Elements, his opinion is that certain elements found only on certain planets in our Solar System, as well as those yet unidentified, will need to be harvested, someday, by Mankind. This Registry (comprising our customer's names and addresses) will be deposited, semi annually, with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Copyrights. A portion of proceeds from sales of all of his products and inventions are directed to charitable organizations, such as the National Anti-Terrorism Technology Development and Training Center.
